How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We reccomend atleast 2 weeks notice for custom cakes & 12 -18 months for weddings. This ensures you will be able to secure your desired date & all details are confirmed.
Do I have to pay immediately?
Our policy requires all orders under $300 to be paid in full upon placing your order. Once order is confirmed, payment is non-refundable. For orders over $300, we require $300 non-refundable deposit & the remainder atleast 2 weeks before pick-up/delivery.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes. As long as there is more than 2 weeks notice, we allow changes. Changes may require additional charges.
Do you offer cake tastings?
Yes, we do! Currently, we offer tastings at specific times of the year. Most times, tasting boxes are not able to be ordered upon request.
Do you make allergen friendly/vegan cakes?
Unfortunately, we do not. Our facility is not allergen friendly and contains nuts, dairy, gluten & more.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We apply a fee in correlation to distance. We arrive with products properly stored & cooled. We recommend all tiered cakes to be delivered as we will assemble cakes on site for safety purposes.
How many years have you been baking?
I have been practicing since 2017. I started with cakes & really expanded my skills with many things like chocolate covered treats. I became obsessed and wanted to know everything!
Do you bake from scratch?
Yes, we do! We make products homemade from scratch everytime. There are a few things when we need prepared items but we are always baking from scratch!
DELIVERY & SET UP
We understand the importance of your special occasion, and our delivery & set up service is designed to ensure that your order is delivered on time, securely, and professionally. Our cake artists will even assemble your tiered cake on site to prevent any potential damage. Trust us to deliver and set up your order and experience the peace of mind that you deserve.
Secure Services
Please let us know you need delivery & set-up services so we can add it to your invoice. At this time, we will also obtain the necessary address.
Transportation
FBV will safely transport your order in appropriate transporting containers & keep cool if needed.
Set-Up & Assembly
Whether you're ordering cupcakes or a tiered cake, we'll ensure that everything is set up perfectly at your event. Our talented cake artist will even assemble your cake on site, guaranteeing its safety during transportation.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Online / Digital Products
Once you have completed your online order, a confirmation page will appear with the PDF download. You will also receive an e-mail, containing the PDF download. This download is only valid for 30 days. Refunds are not accepted for any PDF downloads. All PDF documents are for the customer only & are prohibited from being shared.
Cake & Dessert Bookings
Before confirming your order, please read our Terms & Conditions. This will include how items are sold and supplied to customers. Payment to your booking verifies your agreement with FBV's Terms & Conditions

All orders $300 and less must be paid in full in order to secure your booking date. If over $300, we require $300 upon booking & the remainder two weeks prior to event date.

No order is confirmed until required payment is received.

Once your order/date is secured, payment is non-refundable.

FBV is not liable for orders once they have left our facility. We recommend delivery for all tiered cakes.

All custom orders requires at least a 2 weeks notice or are subject to a $25 rush fee.

Our colored chocolate is white chocolate.

If order is not picked up on scheduled date/time, orders will not be remade and are at risk for losing slot for pick up.

Please do not perform face smashing for cakes. Our cakes may contain dowels & can cause injury.

Cake care & cutting guides will be provided to client upon securing order. It is up to client to review information.

Serving sizes are a general guide, quantity of servings may change when cut in different methods.

All non edible items must be removed prior to consumption of desserts. FBV is not responsible for consumption of toppers & decorations.

All quotes will be sent via e-mail and are valid for 3 days from issue date. If time period has exceeded, we reserve the right to revise prices after the period given.

All cakes requiring a date change/cancellation are at the discretion of FBV. A postponement fee may apply. If we are not available for postponement date, our cancellation policy applies.

We highly advise all tiered cakes to be delivered to site of event. Once your order has been delivered & set up, we are no longer responsible for said items if damaged or lost. If the cake is moved by someone other than FBV, we are not responsible if damages occur.

If a cake is requested to be left with another person, this is the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for damages or loss after we have handed your items over.

Rented products such as cake stands, faux tiers & more must not be tampered with or damaged. All breakages, losses, or damages must be paid to FBV within 7 days of your event.

All rented items such as faux tiers & cake stands must be returned to FBV. FBV will provide a mailing box & return sticker & must be returned with 7 days of your event or charges may apply. FBV will provide a return box & shipping label. Charges for these items will be included in your initial quote.

If you choose to return rented object personally, the time frame of 7 days still applies. Our physical address will then be provided.

Rented items are subject to a rental fee.

Once customer & FBV has agreed on design we will create your orders exactly as written when retrieving information. Your quote will include information please be sure to review all details when confirming.

When payment is sent, you are confirming that what is on your detailed quote, is exactly what you want.

FBV does not provide products free of allergens. We cannot guarantee our products do not contain any substance that may cause an allergic reaction. You are responsible for advising guests of this and we do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury from exposure. This may include but does not limit nuts, dairy, wheat, coloring, & more.

FBV does not hold any responsibility for weather conditions affecting your event or venue. We will give all attempts to get to the venue/event when deemed safe. FBV is not responsible for events such as floods, fires, government advice, pandemics, electricity failures, & more unforeseeable circumstance that prevent our services.

When a customer requests a service, we obtain personal information from multiple sources including our website, contact form, booking form, subscription form, shopping platform, events & shows.

The personal data we collect often includes: name, email, phone number, contact/venue address, & event information. Your personal information is only used to carry our a requested service.

When paying for products, we accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, CashApp, card transactions. If another payment method is needed, we reserve the right to accept or not.
